This was posted at another site and I am copying and pasting right here for you all to read:
NONSENSE
We have been made aware that there are those at various boards that have negative things to say regarding AOP. They have stated that we have went downhill and other dishonest comments have been made as well. We will not stoop to such slanderous, bogus nonsense in retaliation. However, I would like to state that if AOP has went or is going downhill, that is a ride that the AAS using community will want to take. All that need be done is to look at their list of suppliers and/or companies that they list or promote. You will not see us listed there and it is quite obvious as to what is taking place.
We do find it rather timely that nonsense like this has increased in occurrence since the release of our WebStore, product improvement and price decrease. It is escalating even more so now that we are preparing to launch our board, The DarkSide, release several new products as well as running successful sales.
AOP TURNAROUND TIME
Our turnaround time was and is as listed on our list:
“When you are ready to order, send an email with the item names of the products you would like to order along with your shipping address. We will then send you an email giving you the information required to transfer funds. Funds will be collected within 96 hours after transfer has been made (weekends and holidays excluded). Once funds are collected, your order will typically ship within 96 hours (weekends and holidays excluded). Once shipped, you will typically receive your order within 5 business days. No signature will be required; you will not have to sign for anything.
Note: The entire process, post funds collection, generally takes no longer than 14 days; occasionally, there are exceptions.
WE ARE OFF ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.”
The instructions above were copied and pasted from the AOP list.
Most of our clients receive in this time but as stated on our list, there are exceptions.
EMAIL RESPONSE
Emails are answered several times daily, Monday-Friday. We are off on weekends as we have families of our own that we must contend with <laughs>. However, emails are typically answered then as well.
If you do not receive a response, it is because our emails are potentially being bounced back from your email service provider. We are only aware of problems with Hushmail, Cyber-Rights and Squatmail email accounts. We are opening new accounts so that those clients that only like to use those services can contact us without difficulty.
INJECTION SITE PAIN
This has never been a real issue with our products until now. The product lines that we have released as AOP (WhiteLabel, GreenLabel and BlackLabel) were created with the idea of each line being injected independently of the other. For example, BlackLabel products were created with the idea of being injected with BlackLabel products and GreenLabel products were to be injected with GreenLabel products and etceteras. We made this known for some time and thought that we had sufficiently “spread the word” regarding our product lines and their respective injection protocols… we were wrong.
With the aforementioned being stated, I would like to address injection site pain as it pertains to AOP products. Why would injecting any of our former product lines together be problematic? It has to do with active / solvent / co-solvent ratios.
Example: Let us say product “A” is a GreenLabel product containing 300 mg’s per ml with a 3% co-solvent ratio and product “B” is a BlackLabel product containing 700 mg’s per ml with a 7% co-solvent ratio. When mixed together in a syringe and injected, this is what the body recognizes:
500 mg’s per ml
5% total co-solvent per ml
This will cause site injection pain. Why? Like oils will blend, even in an unheated syringe. Then, when injected into the body, they are then blended together even more so by the internal temperature of the human body. Even though we do not even use close to that much co-solvent in our formulas, this mostly easily demonstrates our point.
We created our products to “hit” hard. Many have stated that our products “hit” harder and more quickly than others and this was by AOP design. We do not use the same materials to make our products as other companies. Each one of our products has its very own formula that was specifically created for it.
INJECTION SITE PAIN – RESOLUTION
All AOP product lines (WL, GL & BL) have been reformulated so that each product may be injected together without causing unnecessary site injection pain. Any future incidence of site injection pain regarding AOP products will be a thing of the past.
