It's fantastic for preworkout, but sometimes I use it for days I need a 'boost'. There have been times I feel so drained and I just don't think I'll be able to face the day. I down my Gcovery, Mcc and whey shake, then I wait 45minutes and eat a small piece of fruit and pop some Amp along with 16-20oz of water. I'm able to focus more during my day and get things done. It doesn't give me that on the edge nasty feeling either. It's nice and calm all the way, all day long.
