amplify02,lipoflame?

I forgot to mention that I take 3am and 3 around lunchtime. I love my lipoflame, I have a half bottle and 2 full bottles in the cabinet.

update:

today I took 5 caps of lipoflame and had a kickass cardio workout
it definitely gave me energy and allowed me to workout a lot longer,concentration and drive was great also

I save the amplify 02 for when I lift though,that stuff is wicked......gotta have it everytime
