Ok, so I'm thinking if I get something like pondimin, which as I understand it, is an amphetamine, that would cause me to pop positive on a drug test? What about other appetite suppressants?

The Navy's standard drug test covers stimulants like amphetamine. If your unit has random urinalysis, you are just asking for trouble. You had better have a legal script for it if you are considering using it. The only drugs that aren't screened for in the military's general urinalysis test are AAS.

It's too expensive and it requires a longer extensive test.
