AMP 02 dosage

Just curious, how much AMP 02 do you guys take before you lift?

I am 180 lbs, 5'9, i take 8 everytime before i workout. Tried 10, notice a little difference but not sure if its worth the extra two pills.

What about taking it with dextrose? Would that make a kick-ass combo or no?

It would be about timing so some can do it with Solid Food and some with Liquid, it depends on how your response is.
