What amino should you take and which ones are really just a waste of money because you get them else where.
 
Leucine is the most important for muscle growth/repair. A good BCAA supplement should have at least a 2:1:1 ratio of leucine to the other two. There's also essential amino energy by optimum nutrition that is good for getting in aminos and has other stuff in it like green tea extract for some clean stimulants. Pretty cheap too.
 
If you buy BCAAs, don't get some product with a bullshit propriety blend that says it has it in it. Get the raw powder, where it's the only thing in the product. Lots of companies make it, and it's cheap and beneficial.. especially when dieting.

For myself my whey isolate is loaded in BCAAS.
 
How is "GEAR" superior to to food? I find it hard to believe gear is better than any food or supplement.

Because it contains super plasma serum, which is a research chemical extract of protein that is far more concentrated than any other food source, because it's from a source that no food or supplement uses. It's been shown to induce growth 25% greater in test animal groups where both groups ingested the same amount of calories.

It also contains a fractioning ingredient which helps disperse the amino molecules, making the peptides up to ten times more effective. That does not exist in food.

Seriously. I know aminos aren't considered the sexists supp in the world but I honestly believe GEAR is the most significant advancement in bodybuilding supplements in the last 50 years. Only injectable amino acids compare and anyone who's used both will concur.

Keep in mind that for some aminos to actually do theur job other nutruents must be available too. Lysine and proline are often overlooked but are essential for collagen production(ie skin, arteries, tendons. ligaments, cartilage). In order for them to be properly synthesized copious amounts of vitamin C are needed which is lacking by most people. Thats why so many people have tendonitis etc and they cant get rid of it.

Much props 59yrs old! Have been taking gear myself for last 3months and I love this shit! It does work.
