Amino Acids

Hey Guys...

Quick question...

The people whom I work out with regularly claim to "overdose" on amino acids. One in particular takes 40 pills a day (I don't know what dose)... These people are very big, and have been practicing like this for years. Can someone shed some light to the amino acid thing? I'm going to be starting my first cycle of test and decca in the next week. I'm a 21 year old male, with 11% BF and would like a little insight... I'm 5'7" and weigh 155. I run everyday and workout 5 days a week as of now for 1.5 hours a day.

I take tons of amino acids. They are the building blocks of muscle. Takes the protien and makes it into mass
 
^^ same, I dont know about using that much, but u should use just a lil extra then ur supposed to I guess, they cant hurt ya
 
btw too much of ANY good thing, is a bad thing. You can OD on things and it will not be good for you that includes vitamins, minerals etc. some are more forgiving than others (i.e. vitamin C ) but all in all there are side affects of taking too much of certain vitamins. That is true with most of them. I have a sheet that outlines the affect of too much of the individual vitamins that I should post some day. My cousin (a nurse) that is more like a sister gave me that info.

Obviously, you've read everything and have hit your genetic limits, right? Sigh. Why do I bother...I hope you and your f'd up testicles live happily ever after.

the only vitamins you really have to worry about are the fat soluble ones (A,D,E,K) you have to try really hard if you wanna get a toxic level of water soluble vitamins

So was your comment supposed to be helpful? Because that's why i'm here... Advice... Your comment was rude and confusing to say the least... I don't know why you bother, and I'm surely not the person to answer that...
 
It means DONT RUN A CYCLE TILL YOUR OLDER OR YOU WILL DO PERMANENT DAMAGE! I'm sorry bro, I'm tired of seeing people use AAS too young, only to end up going on HRT before they are 25! Its not you personally, but I wish people would not condone this, it gives roids a bad name. But thats just my opinion, and you will do what you will do. Try 6 scoops Extend (Scivation) before your workouts. Stuff rocks!

retards give roids a bad name, young retards just make it worse, i am only 22 started when i was 20, dont regret a thing
