Quick question...
The people whom I work out with regularly claim to "overdose" on amino acids. One in particular takes 40 pills a day (I don't know what dose)... These people are very big, and have been practicing like this for years. Can someone shed some light to the amino acid thing? I'm going to be starting my first cycle of test and decca in the next week. I'm a 21 year old male, with 11% BF and would like a little insight... I'm 5'7" and weigh 155. I run everyday and workout 5 days a week as of now for 1.5 hours a day.
