American Horror Story: Coven tells the secret history of witches and witchcraft in America. Over three hundred years have passed since the turbulent days of Salem and those who managed to escape are now facing extinction. Mysterious attacks have been escalating against their kind and young girls are being sent away to a special school in New Orleans to learn how to protect themselves. Wrapped up in the turmoil is new arrival, Zoe, who is harboring a terrifying secret of her own. Worst of the 3, but still pretty good. A lot more violent. Lot's of death and shootings. Doug was kidnappened, but Alan didn't drug them all & it followed a more serious tone than the previous two.

Yeah, if you like darker comedies. The 2nd one recycled a lot of the old jokes from the 1st one. This one doesn't recycle anything other than them all trying to get Doug back. It has a lot of flashbacks showing clues from the 1st two movies that tie into this one.

Decent premiere overall. They tried to pack a lot into the opener to set the stage, but I think the pacing will get better as the season goes on. Cool concept of witches fighting for survival. I like the human voodoo doll lol.

I started viewing the series from day 1 when the show premiered. My crazy BITCHY EX GF turned out to be the old white headed whichy evil neighbor. . So shorty had to kick rocks!?!?!?!?
