The upside of benzos is that they allow you to go to sleep fast and then wake up refreshed. They increase GH levels nicely too.

The downside is that they are addictive.

Ambien's makers claim that it isn't physically addictive, and it also isn't technically a benzo (although it is very similar). They also claim that one doesn't build up a tolerance over time.

That said, people that actually use it find it addictive and some people feel that they develop a tolerance.
So, much like any drugs, I suppose different people respond to them differently (and more likely, those people are using other drugs beyond just the one).

However, I have recently tried Versed.......wow

Very, very potent.

7.5mg will put you to sleep even after a cup of strong coffee.

Its also used as TRUTH SERUM........LOL(No joke)

Astually works better than Scopolamine and Sodium Pentothal for this purpose.

all i know is the stuff is really expensive. i found a website where they sell 60 10mg ambien pills for $200. that comes out to $3.33 a pill. the bastard doctor only gave me script for 15. i haven't used them all, i use them if i am stressing hard and know i'm not going to get any sleep. i also use tylenol pm and that works ok.

i also remember using tylenol with codine when i busted up my arm. i took some and i had two beers and man i was flying. i took it again and it sucked so i stopped taking it.

they are not schedule iv. this is because they have a much lower addiction potential than other benzos. this is because of the much shorter half life. they are not scheduled (i may be wrong, check that)

my insurance covers 30 10mg a month. Here is the thing, though, you WILL get a tolerance. it will get to the point that you need 4 or 5 of them. Also, they stop working as well if you take regularly.

thats what i think, too. versed should be scheduled. it is the most wonderful drug i have ever encountered. it is valium squared. They used it to pre-op me a couple of times. I was so fucking happy i told an 85 year old ex-nun who was my nurse that she was hot and i wanted to marry her.
