I was at the gym yesterday, and one of the really good PL'ers showed us how to do these "seated cleans" we did them with the chains, so stabilization was worked BIG TIME.
Basicall sat on a box. With the handles you would use to do cable crosses....we connected the chains. We then shrugged the handles, then proceeded to violently "clean" the handles back up, using everything. He told us this was one of those excercises that didnt need form, just brute force.
Amazing lift. Can be done with dumbells too, but the chains swing making it alot harder.
Did 2 chains....next week 2.5
