i just switched from GNC mega man (2x daily) to a new vita pak that is one packet daily. my question is from an AAS user standpoint, is it better to take these in the morning, after work, after workout, or before bed? and why? thanks!
Post workout is the best time to take anything imo. Your muscles are starved for nutrients at this point (however they are also first thing in the morning)...But for what your are questioing here I don't think it's going to make too much of a difference.
