i go at lunch to look for some shorts, see. seems like a simple task, could actually be fun, right, well, hell no, every damn pair of shorts i try on has the damned waist the same size as the ass. what is up with that? i end up with this huge wad of material sticking out around the waist, they look like shit, and if i put a belt with it, it bunches up and is real uncomfortable. i swear you can look straight down the back of them. my underwear shows. does anyone else have this problem? what do you do about it? short from having all my clothes taken up in the waist, what can you do? i've tried juniors, misses, everything

I do have the same problem. And most of the time, my legs don't fit in but my waist would be perfect. Try to fit a 25inches waist and a 22inches leg in the same pant!
I buy alot of my clothes in the junior's area. A 14 is doing good on me when it 's baggy.(it's not baggy on me though..)

Maybe one day, the company will realised that WE EXIST!!!!!!!

Thank goodness I am not alone in this department. I too also buy girls size clothing. I have had some luck with finding some that actually fit pretty decently, about size 14 as well. The best ones that I have had luck with are the low-waisted shorts. Since they sit more on your hips, they won't have that big gap you are referring to around the waist area. There is a company that makes clothing for men BB (T. Reilly), perhaps this would be an idea for someone to come out with a women BB clothing....

I love the low-waisted hip hugger styles. I hate feeling anything around my waist. I read somewhere that butt-cracks are going to be the next "hot erogenous zone" to show off (as opposed to belly-buttons the last few years). That's a bit TOO low-waisted for my taste. It was bad enough seeing so many belly buttons that had no business seeing the light of day. And I don't want to see anyone's butt-crack peeking out of their pants

This really fat guy was in the gym the other day doing cable rows, and HALF of his butt was showing. It was disgusting. I was sorry I saw it. It was so bad, I subconsiously kept looking back because it was so unbelievable that he was oblivious, (and our gym is quite cold. )

Oh yeah, well at the gym I used to go to there was a fat guy who insisted on wearing a HALF-SHIRT! And because he was so fat, it only came down as far as the bottom of his nipples. He had one of those big hard fat beer belly type of guts. He'd raise his arms to do something and his nipples would pop out.... oh dear god...

On the clothes subject... be glad you dont have any "external equipment" in the front! Finding a fit in the waist means having the legs so tight that it almost cuts circulation off. And the "gear" is smashed in the front to the point of being nearly unbearable, but once they stretch out from being worn for a few hours, it seems to rub me "just the right way" to where I have to fight becoming aroused from a simple walk (it sounds like something good, but it is inconvienient!!!) Its just lucky that my testicles are so atrophied, or there could be serious damage done

Yes your right, the girls here in NY are already wearing these hip hugger pants that have a triangle cut out in on their ass so you can see their ass crack...

What some chics will do to take the attention away from their ugly faces.. guys who goto NY clubs will know exactly what Im talking about.

lol...I'm not a guy but NY muscle, I know what you are talking about..seems like the uglier the face, the tinier the clothes they wear are!

also, I have the same situation as you ladies..my waist is much smaller than my hips, and now that my legs are growing, aysh, a whole new set of problems!

I like the low waisted pants alot, however, sometimes the leg width is made for pre-teen bird legs!

I don't know if intros are appropriate, but I'm an amateur bodybuilder, doctoral student, wife and mom. I guess that's all I need to say, right?

In regards to the low-riders, I've tried them on, and they look okay, but I'm always feeling like things might be sliding unless they're snug around my waist. I think they're going to be around for a while. My plan is: every time I see something that fits me nice and snug and just the way I want it, BUY IT UP before it goes out of style. It seems like every time I find a style I like, they stop making it.
