Have nolva and oil , is this enough for my 1st pinning cycle ? I've done plenty of research with a lot saying yes, and others saying no.. What do you's think ?

I would recommend HCG always. Also how long and what dose of test you running? Esther? I ran a test only cycle my first time at 500mg/wk for 15 weeks and only used nolva in post... Got gyno!

no its not enough at all.. you need an AI on cycle, nolva is a SERM and only blocks estrogen from going to the pits. guys get gyno as the 2nd poster said cause when you stop the nolva you get a rebound effect with estrogen where it goes sky high

Chears brothers, yeh ez all of the above .. Runnin test 12 weeks, but where I am is next to impossible to get hcg, Adex etc .. Managed to get nolva and letro , but letro is last resort for gyno

You may have a problem if you can't get pct meds. What country are you from?

I got nolva, and keep hearing that's all I need , for pct , putting out feelers now for an ai ... (Have letro but sketchy cos it rips sex drive) unless test will over ride that ? Pretty much everyone has told me to keep away from clomid, and that it just makes ppl sooky

I think tamoxifen (nolva) and exemestane (Aromasin) are essentials (well sort of). Then you have things like HCG and Clomid which I recommend getting but they are by no means essential. Everyone should have these things on hand. Letrozole is great to have to just incase you have issues with severe issues with gyno etc. That shouldn't be an issue though with aromasin and nolvadex.

Letrozole is fine to use when on but the dose has to be limited if you are worried about libido loss. Although I strongly advise you to get aromasin or arimidex for during your cycle.

Yea, olive oil for 12 weeks is a sick cycle

Elvia your a legend ,, hahaha olive oil..classic ... Will keep looking for some Adex but no luck so far .. Truthfully I fucked up majorly , I should have had all this before I started, I've jump started with dbol for 2 weeks and bout to make first pin this weekend , and dbol has made nipples flare and sex drive plummet , so extremely keen to get on the olive oil .. Should I just run nolva for remainder 4 weeks ? Then again at pct,, and hope to fuck I get Adex ASAP?
