Am I Platinum or not?

I am doing th 11.95 month to month. Under my account it says I am but I cannot access the good areas. I sent a message under the contact us link but have not heard a thing back yet. Its been almost 48 hours. Am i worng about the month to month thing?

Your Platinum but many features wont be full activated from what I understand unless you give the correct email.
