Am I not eating enough? Need some input guys

OK i am on week 4 sust as we speak 500 mg a week. It should be kicking in right now. I started at 253 around 17% bf and I am now 249 and I im pretty sure my bodyfat went down I need to get it tested. I am eating 6 meals a day 300 grams of protein a day. Should I up my carb intakes? Mabye I should eat some burger king........I wanna know when Ill start growing!!!
 
I assume your trying to drop bodyfat so then you dont want your carb intake too high. I would try and take in more protein than that, at least 400 g/day. You may have to add in another meal, but if your eating right when you wake up and right before bed 7 or 8 meals really isnt that bad(casue something like a bar and something small can count as a meal). I would stay away from fast food, the only ppl that need that are the huge guys that are ripped up because their metabolisms are rediculous.

You may have added 6-12lbs of lean muscle already, at 17% bf you might just be replacing fat with lean muscle. 300 grams of protein?? I was under the impression atleast 2 grams of protein per target lean muscle mass. I've been taking in 400 grams of protein a day and I only weigh 192. Lots of shakes, bars, tuna, chicken and good ole beef. 300 grams of protein seems light for someone of your size to me, unless you are doing 300gms of protein via shakes or supplements on top of your meals.

ok ill up the protein....thanks guys...i was under the impression that u had to def take 1 gram per lb of bodyweight so I added a lil extra....I will bump up to 400 grams tommorow :-) gonna have to hit up the supa market for some chicken and beef!! and cook that shit on my george foreman!
 
I would even go more than 400, eat a couple extra bars and step up the protein to 500gm if you can afford it :)

I eat 300-340g protein per day at a bodyweight of 23x and I am NOT on a cycle, yes you need to eat more if your losing weight, the idea you had in mind was to gain weight right?

1g per pound is not enough even for natural BB IMO and many others agree, I stagnate at that level even when I was natural (only done 1 cycle so far).

Eat eat eat!

if you are not gaining weight then you are not eating, protein is not the only thing that important, your total caloric intake is what altematly decides if you will gain weight or not, shoot for 18-20cals per lb of bodyweight per day
