I am 5'8 140lbs, and I work out regularly at a local gym. A friend of mine who is kind of the "Resident Gear Supplier" over there says I should hit a quick cycle of duratest to add a little size. I've been working out for a few years, and am very strong. I'm very ripped, but the actualy size of my arms and chest are not up to my satisfaction. He suggested a 6 week cycle of duratest with 500mg the first week, and 250mg the following 5 weeks. He said with my constant lifting and good eating habits, I'll have noticably bigger arms and a better size chest.
He also said because, I'm not compounding supplements, and I'm only doing it for a short while that my risk of having 'normal side effects' will be drastically reduced. Is there any validity to this statment, and what are your opinions. Thanks for your help!
