am i hindering my gains!

becuase for some reason i feel like ass the next day after an injection i take 500mgs of sust and 400mgs of eQ all in one sitting so i only have one day of the week where i feel like shit! Im in my 10th week and i have gone from 192-3 to about 216...i was wondering if because i dont split my shots i hindered my gains alot!

It may hinder your gains and it may not. If it does I don't think it will be to much though. Spliting shots would be the best way to go as you are keeping a constant level in your system that way

Your blood concentration is fluctuating alot, which can lead to more sides and less gains.

you may be hindering them a little, but since they are both long lasting esters, you should be fine..... if it was test prop at only once a week, because of its short half life, then you would be hindering your gains. your results speak for themselves though!! keep it up bro
