Am i eating enough!

hey bros im on week 6 of sust500 and i added winny 50mg EOD for the last 6 weeks. Anyways i started between 193-195 and im up to 215 approx. Anyhow this is how i pretty much eat on a regular basis. Also i should add i know i might not be eating enough but im concerned about adding fat id rather gain 20 pounds of lean muscle rather than 35 pounds of fat and muscle just IMO.

Meals
1) 4 eggs 2 pieces whole wheat toast glass of milk
2) Weight Gainerw/ fat free milk (800 cals 68gms protein)
3) Big can of tuna (270 cals 75 grams of protein)/with mayo and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
4) 8oz chicken breast with rice and brocholi
5) Post workout meal - weight gainer with chicken breast
6)Protien shake before bed!

*Sometimes i get in 7 meals but it depends on how my body is feeling!
 
it looks like you have made pretty decent gains....so i would say yes:)
 
are you working out late at night, why not earlier when you have tons of energy. i try to eat 6 eggs, with only 1 whole egg and than 2 slices toast and a piece of cheese before i workout. i also usually go through about 4 chicken breasts with rice and brocolli, as well as abunch of other foods as well
 
From my personal experience, every time I'm on a cycle, I can eat pretty much whatever I want and it still turns into quality muscle. Of course I do eat clean and it is best to do so. I don't think overeating will cause a problem of gaining fat while you're on a cycle.
 
first off, i think any1 here would rather gain 20lb of pure muscle then 35lb of fat bulk. at your weight you should be eating over 4000cals with 300g of protein
 
yeah serge im getting in def. 400 cals and at least 300mgs of protein im closer to 400mgs actaully on some days. The thing is i look a little bigger in the mirror, but i guess i just expected more from the cycle, but i still have some time left!

Sege first said 4000 cals not 400. also 300mgs are shit in protein, hope you meant 300g's protein, might wanna make sure thats what your talkin about.
 
if you have a fast metabolism you can push more calories then 4000cals/day. when im bulking i blow past 5000cals/day, dont gain much fat at all, but do seem to retain more water. But 4000cals is a bare minimum
 
Call me crazy but that doesn't look like at 4000 cal at a glance. Maybe it is but it doesn't look like it though.
 
another thing that i would throw in to your nutrition program is a pound of red meat, top round steak is low in fat and high in protein, and got creatine also.
