Am I doing to Much?

I keep reading all these threads about people doing 10, 15, 20, 25 mgs dbol ed. I'm doing 39mg ed for a week now and have no bad effects. By the afternoon yesterday I felt a little pumped and also felt real good mentally(confident). I had to give a speach in front of about 100 people, I do this on a regular basis, but last night I was on. I guess everybody is different, but I'm not a big guy. Am I doing to much? I don't think these smaller amounts would have ANY effect on me. I like to here some feedback.
 
I'm running 20mg e/d now.. i woulden't go for 39, because it works like this, the more you put in you'r body of D-bol the less it take's up.. i would go for 30.. but if i wasen't afraid of side's i would go for 39 aswell, then it would be worth those extra grams of muscels:) 20 mg give's me such pumps in the gym that i allmost scream..

At 39 I'm having no sides at this point, see how it goes. Feel great
 
I don't think those amounts are too high, I finished my Dbol up last week at 45 mg ED. It does not nesecarily depend on your size. I t depends on your receptors and your metabolism (IMO). Everyone is differnent. Between 20 and 30mg's is just a good starting point...You have to refine it for your individual needs. and if you can stand the pumps and you are still working out hard through it..then I don't think it is too much.
 
It's definatly not too much.I've taken up to 80mg a day,with no problems.That's after using 40 for a while then 50,60 on up to eighty.I have been using for about 15 years or so,so that maybe why I've had no probs. It also depends on how many cycles you've done(amongst lots of other things),but no,it's not too much at all!!

Actually this is my first cycle, but I've been working out over 25 yrs. I'm using good diet, workout 3 day split and good sleep. All pct ready to go. Tylers and milk thistle every day. Dose anyone think I should modify my workout to more days while on? For the record my workouts now are intense and every set to failure with escalating wieght. Just wondering if changing will maximize cycle.

Not all dbol is created equal. I blow up on 20mgs of pink Thais... yet get nothing from 30mg Denkall gel caps... and I'm 240.

From what I've read, it's best to increase workout volume rather than intensity for the first few weeks. The other risk of trying to use your new-found power early on is that your tendons won't adapt as quickly as your muscle and you risk tears. I'd suggest backing off slightly on the failure and do more reps/sets with a slightly lighter weight or fit in an extra day.

I understand the logic here, but its going to be hard to hold back
 
I ended up going to 42 mg dbol yesterday. Today is day 8. My workout this morning was nothing impressive. I look in the mirror and I think I see a difference, but if you look long enough you can see what ever you want. Mabey gained two pounds. Its such a small amount I can't really tell. I'm really starting to get discouraged. I'm eating right, I'm sleeping. I don't get it. Sure could use some word of encouragement from you guys with experience. Man I'm getting sick of hearing myself wine about this crap.
 
if you've been taking d-bol for 8 days and you're only up 2lbs sounds like you didn't get the real stuff. when i run d-bol i take 60mg/day for 4 wks and in the first wk i'm normally up 5-7 lbs. good be just me but i think you got scammed

didn't know. sounded odd to me only 2lbs in 8days. good be diet problem. but either way wouldn't think what he's taking is too much.

The pills are small white round with line across middle on one side and nothing on the other. 3 mg anabolex. I searched the web and look exactly what they are suppossed to look like. I don't think I got scammed. I'm wondering if anyone else has had such high tolerance to dosages. I hate to go higher for first timer.
 
sorry pudding never used that kind b4.but for a first cycle u r taking enough to see to some gains. in 2wks time u should gain 5-10lbs due water weight alone. i'm sure somebody can help u with this. lots of luck

I wish I was 6'5"... only 6'3" (around 7.5 to 8% in the avatar). I have a long torso... its hard to pack on the muscle.. also having degenerative disk disease and a strained bicep tendon doesn't help with the heavy lifting.
As for the dbol. I think you will find certain brands work better than others. Quite a few people have had the same problems I did with the Denkal gel caps. I thought they were a waste of money. If I ever get the itch to use them again I am just going to take the money and flush it down the toilet instead!
