am I doing something wrong???

I am on week 7 of a 500mg test and 300 test 10 week cycle. After 10 pounds I stopped growing. Why? I dont know. What am I going to do. I will double my carbs drinks through out the day and I will take 3 protein shakes everyday from now on. I still have 4 weeks to go so I hope to see an improvement. Also, I am thinking for the last two weeks I am going to up the test to 750 a week.......would this make any difference???

What brand of Test are you using?

HMM. I thought that you might be using Brovel T200, or something that is underdosed. Your not though. When I had this problem with Test, I did a 10 day protein loading cycle where I made sure that for those 10 days, I was getting at least 2g's of protein per lb. of bodyweight. It really blew me up, I noticed, after like 2 weeks. Iknow Iknow, your supposed to be getting 1.5g's per lb. anyway, but I usually do NOT, on the count of the fact that I dont want to have to sleep on the front porch from the oderifferous emimations I would be leaving in the house! You get my point. If you fall into that category as well bro...you might want to give the protein load a try. If not---up the Test.
 
I think it's simpler than that. You've added 10lbs of muscle, you need to increase your caloric intake.

A lot of people stop seeing drammatic effects after 6-7 weeks on cycle. That's why I would keep my cycles no longer than 8 weeks.
 
Agreed. Week 3-5 of Dec/Test was almost a pound a day for me.
The food will stick, if you eat the food. Screw the shake only diet...unless your name is Jenny Craig.

I bought 30 microwave bourritos and ate them everytime I walked in the kitchen

350 calories - 14 grams protein - 10 of fat - 37 of carbs.

You can eat like 5-6 a day besides your meals.

Got 19 lbs in the first 5 weeks - mostly from the 3-5wk mark.

with CALORIES - protein will come.
Can you not afford steaks?
