It seems no matter what i do i can never gain shit between cycles. I spend all my enegy just maintaining what i gained from the previous cycle. Even if i could just gain 5 pounds id be happy. I try switching things up including diet and training but nothing seems to spark growth. I increase protien, calories, nothing works. When im on i workout 5 days a week. But when im off i might as well drop to 3 days because it does no good to work my ass off. Any ideas? I have been lifting for about 5 years and have done 4 cycles. Im 22, 5'11 190, 9 % bf. Maybe im expectin g to much growth naturally to fast. Kind of bummed out about this. Just tired of eating, and sleeping correctly for no reason. Thanks guys.
