Am doomed to be like this forever? (srs thread)

*ebony*

I envy morning peeps. I have been trying to become a natural early riser forever now, wakeup at like 5 Am or or 6 AM max, but I have failed. No need for alarms, no coffee, or tea kind of morning person.

I use to wake up and be at the gym at 5 before my day started and that was awesome while it lasted, but I couldn't resist the warm bed and soft covers for too long, and the temptation was too much so i gave in to it for an extra hr or so of zz. What are good techniques to implement that could help me out and please do say go to sleep early and wake up early.

no, I don't want a supplement to help me out. I have weaned myself off coffee and don't wanna be dependent on it or other supps.

Do you see how odd it sounds when you say "Im trying to naturally be xyz"

I would like to naturally bench 500 but its not gonna happen

You are what you are.

Why do you want to wake up so early? Just wake up whenever the fuck you want to.

negative, life demands I be at some places earlier than I'd like to be. I want to because I always feel like i get so much more done and made the best of that day, more accomplished.

yea it does a little bit, but I was thinking more along the lines of if you do it enough times, it becomes habit. I am trying to do it more times to get there.

I usually stay up all night, so I consider myself a morning person.

You should try an all-night bender for the next few weeks.

i have always hated the morning, but love night time. having kids has forced me to be a morning person

It's not something you can do "overnight". It takes time to become a morning person. I am one of those "morning people". I haven't set an alarm in 10 years and I am awake no later than 5:30AM. I jump out of bed and ready to start the day.

First thing to do is....get out of the bed. That's the hard part, ut once that's done then I say to myself..."Well....I'm up. Might as well get things going." and begin.

I do drink 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning though. I roast my own beans as I am an avowed coffee snob.

i'm at my desk at 6 a.m. evaaaar-day

early in = early out

the other half before the hip, back leg whatever the fuck hes got goin on gets up at 430, is at the gym no later than 5:15, at his desk by 6:30 like clockwork
now he gets up at like 5 and mopes around the house for an hr ...then goes to work

when I first got out of basic I was up every morning at 430-ish w/o an alarm clock for like...6 mths
it wore off
I'd sleep till noon if I could

mine came in today just fyi...I popped on late morning because I was at work until 4am fell asleep about 5am..up at 9am...get to do it all again tonight :(

nice boost without being a dirty stim..I intend to nap before work tonight take one about an hr into work...curious to see how they pan out
hoping they get my ass through the transition

I think he could make a good super dave replacement.....

but he doesn't send me gifties or post bare assed jacket wearing birthday shots.......so there will never be another SD...unless this one does the aforementioned things

In order for me to wake up by 530am, I know that I have to be sleeping by 930 - 1030 the latest. However, I find myself more productive at night so I'm happy with my schedule right now.

Simple Soulution. You need a BB alarmclock

I have always been a morning person except for a short time after childbirth. It is just the way I am, I wake up each morning eager to see the sunrise and have a cup of coffee. The sun rising fills me with hope for a new day and I feel happy and full of energy. I don't get much from seeing the sun setting which I notice the night people get a feeling of peace and happiness in the evenings which I don't get very often. I just get tired. Lol. I think we are what we are.

I've been saying for months that I'm going to start hitting the gym before work. It just ain't happening. I do usually make it to work by 730 or so though.
