AM Cardio ?

For am cardio where one wants to keep one's HR at or under 150 bpm, would pretty much anything do?? Like walking, easy-ish elliptical, etc??
 
Why wouldn't anything be okay? Cardio is cardio. Do whatever you like.

But then again, I bet you figured that answer, just wanted confirmation. :)
