Now I know its good to do cario on an empty stomach becuase you have no food in your stomach when you wake up...
But what I dont know is how long I should run for. I want to shed some fat off my stomach. I have my top 4 abs showing but the bottom 2 are lost somewhere in the sea of my fat, so to speak.
So How long to burn fat? 20min? 40min?
I currently do no running and just lift weights.
