AM cardio, eating, and supplements

First post! :qt: I want to get your opinions on my situation - because of summer and less time constraints, I’ve been working out in the morning around 7am. I read through a couple threads before about AM cardio and most of the people who posted said not to eat before your morning workout if you’re looking to drop some body fat. Since that’s what I’m looking to do, I wanted to know if it’s ok to take my multivitamin pill and SAN Tight! (a thermogenic supplement) without food, since I wanted to eat after my workout to maximize the fat burning potential. Is what I'm doing less effective than washing the pills down with a pre-workout shake? Thanks :D

I have had the privelege of workin out in the am and boy oh boy did that make a difference - i found i was stronger in the mornin - i usually ate breakfast like some juice and eggs and even some bacon - eat but dont eat heavy then u can lift within the next half hour - now with the supplements i would suggest taking them about a half hour b4 u eat - if u really wanted to lose fat u could consider a CKD (carb keto diet) i started it a couple of days ago and it hasnt been bad but consider what u really want to do- if u want to lose the body fat consider the diet
