I want to get your opinions on my situation - because of summer and less time constraints, I’ve been working out in the morning around 7am. I read through a couple threads before about AM cardio and most of the people who posted said not to eat before your morning workout if you’re looking to drop some body fat. Since that’s what I’m looking to do, I wanted to know if it’s ok to take my multivitamin pill and SAN Tight! (a thermogenic supplement) without food, since I wanted to eat after my workout to maximize the fat burning potential. Is what I'm doing less effective than washing the pills down with a pre-workout shake? Thanks
