I've been on my second cycle for about 4 to 5 weeks now. Damn, I wish the second and subsequent cycles could be as good as the first. (as far as weight gain goes) Fortunately my strength has been beyond my belief, but the weight gain has been very minimal. For those who helped with the advice this is my update:
I was going to run 4 weeks dbol, but stopped after 2 because I think I got some bunk gear. Now I run 750mg Sus every Monday and Thursday for the next 4 weeks coupled with winny tabs for the next 6 weeks. I've gone from around 183 to about 191. I'm taking in between 4 and 5 hundred grams of protein a day. I started this cycle with the 5X5 method using 85 pound DBs for chest presses and have moved up to the 95s and climbing quickly. Thats where the most significant gains are so I wont bore ou with the rest. But thanks to the guys who helped out!!
