I just started a cutting diet and i'm not a fan of oatmeal. What about English muffins? I'm sure they aren't as awesome as oats but are they okay? I believe they are 180 cal, 0.5 fat, 25 carbs for one. I ate one today plain.
What else can provide good carbs in the morning? I've heard brown rice is good for carbs but is it good to eat it then?
