Alterations to ten week cutting stack

Hi folks,

Just thought I'd pick people's brains. Currently have a guy who is on a prop/MPP/var stack and he is looking to get shredded for an upcoming competition in approximately 10 weeks - but doesn't have a ton of fat to lose.

Currently he is at 200 prop, 300 MPP and about 40-60 var according to him, but can get anything he wants in order to keep things humming for the next ten weeks. Any recommendations?

Also, are you guys more fans of the two day refeed carb cycle a la pintoca or the three day plan a la bodybuilding.com? Anyone tried both and gotten better results with either pre-competition? All advice greatly appreciated and will receive green.
