ive been chatting with mantis a bit & he's been a lot of help! I'm 6'2 , 165 he suggests i go with a cutting cycle for my first.. eq/ot We didn't work out the does yet. But here is a pic of my body..

Will i see gains in strength & energy?? (i need a real fuckin energy booster) haha
 
by ot, do you mean oral turabolin? off the tbol i saw energy increases in the first couple weeks but thats it. not sure bout eq, ive never done but i doubt it gives you energy. try stimulant x if you need an energy boost thru the day.
 
I am not being a jerkoff but you don't look like you have enough to cut with. As Arnold said, bodybuilding is like a piece of clay. You take a little chunk and mold it, there isn't much you can do with it. But you take a huge mound of clay and then sculpt it, you can transform it into anything. I personally would suggest running a bulker that would add 10-15 lb's of quality muscle. You look very lean and cut, but I would add more size.

But if you are going to run the EQ and Turn:

EQ 600mg/week Mon Wed Thurs weeks 1-12
Tbol 40-50mg ed weeks 1-4

No test?
 
this is why i wanted other opinionsss...it's just logic i guess... u can't build a house with half of a foundation.. ok so what are first good bulkers??
 
i wanted to say something but from what i read, you had already made up your mind. id say throw in some test in that bulker and eat at least 3500 cals. use a bmr calculator to determine how many cals and fitday.com to track your cals each day.

test e?? should i stay with the eq?? or switch it up totally to a pure bulker
 
Bulk....

Test e w/ Dbol for the first 4-5 weeks!! You will love it!! Of course you need to run an anti e… Have Nolva…… And have everything for your PCT
 
almost but not quite. you need a bulker and a good one. you definetly dont need a cutter yet. id say go with the classic bulker
test(either enth or cyp) 10-12 weeks 500mgs
deca 10-12 weeks 400-600mgs
d-bol weeks 1-4 25mg ed
eat about 3500-4000 cals a day 1g protien per lb of body weight or more keep your carbs above norm to help with the energy and drink a gallon of water per day. good luck to ya bro.

you could but imo it would do you better to stay with the deca. but in all reality the test dbol at the right doses with a very good diet and you do real nice.
id say this
test enth 500mg wk 1-10
dbol 25-30mg ed wk 1-5
diet would be 4000-4500 cals a day proper protiens and carbs also get some milk thistle or tylers, for your liver. and multi-vits, glutamine,glucosamine, omega3 fatty acids. drink plenty of water.
 
Old school gains were made with dbol alone at low dosage ... 12 mg p/d ... divided up with 3 main meals.

Raise calories 500 and eat 5 times a day.

WO total body twice a week in any type split with effort on basic exercises.

Sleep 8-9 hours with a nap if required.

Do this for 10-12 weeks and report back. You should be up to 185-190.

u really think ill be up 25-30 pounds with just dbol??
