almost done with first cycle

im getting nervous, only a few more weeks before pct. started 500 mg of sustanon 250 and 500 mg deca for 1 week. went to 250 each every monday and thursday. week 5 and 6 did 500 of each on monday and on thursday, and back down to 250 each for my 7 and 8 week. started at 161 lbs, yes i am up to 183 and it is now time for my second shot week 7. i saw very little side effects, some back acne, but mostly just a few pimples here and there. deca dick? whats that? my ladies were impressed, plus with a better looking body, and much stronger, wow i can do amazing things. everything except for the smallest balls on earth. i had a huge sack before, and now its all wrinkled from being so drained... :worried: i miss them very much, hope to see them soon agian. wow i was maxing out on bench around 150, 160 tops. i was very weak. between very hard workouts with my partner, and hella hard pyramids, as of my workout tonight, i hit 205 two times, and for me, thats alot. my arm shakes like a bitch when im holding it then as i get in my rythem, im good to go, until i reach the peak again, and i shake like crazy. thanks for all the support, and thanks to all the haters, that said i was doing it wrong or wasting my time... who proved who wrong? ;)

24 hour did another free evaluation... 8 percent body fat now, but up from 161 to 180

some i got really fat about week 4 just my upper abs. it blew up a lil bit, wasnt too bad, so i kept the novla asside. i do have my pct. as this was my first cycle, i did about 6 months of research on what i was going to use, how much, supplements and pct. i have hcg, clomid and nolva, plan on using all 3. as a beginner, that now sees myself as a novice, i can not stress enough to newbies how important it is to eat. i didnt eat enough and think i truly could have had amazing catastrophic gains based on my bodies reaction so far. im hoping most of my weight is not water, but you must eat eat eat. next cycle i will pound on the whey, and keep away from lean muscle protein
 
looking at doing prolly the same thing for my next cycle, just so i can peak around 190, have some liquid winny i aquired from a friend, thinking of adding it at the end just before the beginning of summer, want the ladies to be quite impressed down at padre and on my vacation in july to miami, not too sure i will start it just then yet tho, might wait and just bust my ass natural for the summer, prepare the muscles a little more. that is key as well. the less developed the muscles, the less true results you will see

So how much weight have you put on so far.....? height and weight? just curious..

Like you said I really cant tell to much difference.....

Remember time off should equal time on, and you don't start counting untill you finish PCT. You should be fully recovered before going on again. Just my $.02.
 
5'11 started right at 161 gained three more lbs since monday, up to 186 now. ill take pictures of my scales and other misc pics too for all the disbelievers out there. it is hard to see the difference because i was so skinny, but im full now, thick. my skin has stretched and that is also worrying me, as little as i am, stretch marks would look bad. mainly around my outer chest and biceps. my skin is very red and porous, but i think more than size, was the strength gains i recieved, un believeable. i never in my right mind would have thought id ever break the 200 bench in my lifetime, but 205 twice made it everybit worth it. that was after only 5 weeks of hard intense training though.
 
25lbs is some good gains! congrats. Glad to hear you are happy with the results.

Your body appears to be ectomorph, so keep eating and busting your ass in the gym and your mass will come.
 
i eat eat and eat since i was 18, got a lil stronger but not to the point where i could be happy. temper is all in the mind. i feel so good and even more motivated at everything i do. im 21 now, and yea it was a little early of a start, but i dont regret it, my metabolism is so fast, but i know know that with or without aas it just takes diet, hard work, and most of all consistancy in everything you do. thanks everyone for the words

no doubt , you started aas WAY before you hit your genetic potential, but i guess its good youre happy with your results so far.
 
Awesome gains! I only hope my first cycle goes as well. I say don't listen to anyone that says not to use until you hit your genetic limit. As long as you've responsibly researched everything, and have a solid weightlifting plan and diet that you've been on for a reasonable amount of time, why not have every advantage you can get?
 
Ill 2nd that. I started at 19 and probably read Bill Phillips Steroid Guide from cover to cover 10 times before i started. My only regret is having not started sooner.
