Almonds

I tend to eat a lot of them. Just whole shelled almonds not flavored or salted or anything. Good fat in them, I know, and a great source of protein, but could there be too much of a good thing here? Better to snack on these then some carb shite I say.... :evil:
 
Too much of anything is by definition... too much, hence not good

But you can hardly eat too much of almonds
 
very calorie dense, you eat a lof ot them during the day, most likely you will blow your cals in vs cals out balance...even if they are good cals.

that is the reason I don't eat any more peanuts...could not resist to eat the small amount alloted in my diet :(, hell 100 grs are 600 cals and I would polish 200 grs in no time.
