What's up guys?
The pollen count has soared here in the Washington, DC area and I am suffering from the worst allergies ever. ANyways I weigh myself at least every 2 days and I noticed I gained a significant amount of weight in the past few days on the same diet and level of activity as usual. My abs are less defined and I feel bloated.
So I am wondering, do allergies, or allergy medications, make you retain water somehow?
I have taken Claritin mostly, some pseudoephedrine but I'm pretty sure that's not it.
