all those ppl being called racist from a post or thread?

in all honesty. im not trying to cause any hate.
but in all honesty, how many of you that post stuff and make it clear what the persons colour was. are you being racist or not? just admitt what you are trying to get at.

ps if you are not trying to be racist, and you are just telling a story how it was. would the story be less affective with out those little deletes about ppls colour?
 
i think we should all unite against a common enemy:

ppl who type ppl instead of ppl in their posts.

they deserve to die!!!!!
 
but ppl think when you say what colour someone is and make that clear that it isnt necassary.
if you are just stating a fact leave out what colour the person was. your still telling the story.

Here's your answer- No I dont think it is racist.
If you think it is racist to mention color, why does the liberal newspapers always do reports on race and ethnic make up when writing about a story. Every few weeks there is census reports in our state newspaper. If race isn't an issue why do they always bring it up? Why do they always point out the differences between us. Is that really necessary? Im sure for many of us we're used to hearing a persons color or race mentioned when reading about something which is why when repeating a story of ours we tend to include such information.

I dont thionk it is racist to post a persons color, but maybe be sterotypical if you start claiming everyone that looks like that person is the same.

I want a full description so I know who the fuck to look for if they are present in my neighborhood. By knowing their race and sex, I have much greater odds of seeing this person.

Should we also take out the sex of the person? I mean by your logic it would be sexist to mention whether they were male or female.

I never said I would know the exact person, but I and others would have a better clue. It is then much easier for me to profile. Do you also think we should exclude a picture or drawing of the criminal from the news storry?

It is just a news report. If you (not you thriller) are dumb enough to think that all black/whites/asians committs crimes just because of one incident, well then you are a complete dumbass.

If knowing the color of said person bothers you (thriller), then go read something else.

thriller i am black (maybe more like brown) and i don't like you so there. you are represtin us negroes as bad people, i am not ashamed to be black i am proud, i love when people stare at me when i am shopping....shit dawg wtf are they going to do anyways i will kick they ass. us real black people are not ashamed man you are a pity, i don;t need no sympathy from no white folk....

if it makes people angry.. they should become invisible.. so nobody can judge them on their actions.

People are diffrent colors.. that is CULTURE. Sometimes it is essential to mention the color or racial make up of the parties being mentioned in order to get a point across.

If you want to do everyone a favor.. take those being judged and try to get them not to act in a judgemental behavior.

remember.. prejudice.. is to PRE JUDGE...

Nothings fair to be considered something bad when your not...Like being called a racist. White people think blacks are criminals just as black people think whites are racist. Thats just how things are.


Mentioning a persons color has nothing to do with racism. If you can tell me how it is racist to mention someones color then maybe I'll understand your point. Telling me "it didnt need to be said" is not an acceptable answer. I want to know why It makes it racist to describe the persons color.
 
I used to sterotype blacks as being bad tippers. I've now changed my opinion to that it's just the ghetto people who tip bad...Just that 90% of New Jerseys blacks in my surrounding area are ghetto.
 
It is extreme PC (political correctness) that forces society to ignore the color of a person's skin when describing events or situations.

Come on, a white person is white, a black person is black and so on. Ignoring the reality of the situation does nothing to engender greater understanding.

I say call a spade a spade.
