New member
hey peeps
im looking for some feedback on all the whey
i have used thewn a while back and thought they were ok
i am just looking some experience with there protien
i know there not board sponsors herew so i hope this is not against the rules

Whey protein is something that people "whey" over think! (get it... way, whey... heh heh, I made a funny!)

Ive made perfectly good gains using ultimate nutritions 100% whey. I never noticed any sort of huge benefit using pure isolate, and in fact, the best gains of my life have been made usng good old fashioned Met rx MRPs!

Im not willing to pay twice the price for some nutrient profile that is 90% lab evidence and 10% or less real evidence in the field. But thats just me.

I use Beverly International Muscle Provider. Not a bad product. Whey isolate. I have also used Optimum Nutrition, good product low price.

IMO All the whey is good... I dont understand why they went to a larger sccop that is twice the size of a normal one.
Bigger number on the nutrition label for serving size? I've made numerous posts about whey being whey over rated as a general use protein, milk isolate is my favorite.

Powdered milk whey 1/2 of each makes a good shake

I couldn't tell you if it works or not. Can anyone tell when taking protein? It's not like a steroid where you make noticeable gains. It helps you to achieve that goal. I go for whatever has the most protein and tastes the best.
