All The Whey protein powders

string bean, an yes I realize that I'm stepping on alot of toes and violation all kinds of religous norms within the bodybuilding community by saying that.

However, as someone who actually studies nutrition, I know its all slick advertising that sells protien powders, not science. Since I am in no way tied to the supplimetn industry nor do I rely on in for any portion of my income, I simply do not feel the need to lie, and say you will benefit from a post workout whey shake just to make people feel warm and fuzzy.

Yep.

I stopped using them about a month ago. Haven't noticed any difference in recovery/strength/energy levels.

The only difference I can see, thus far, is an extra 50$ per month in my wallet. :coffee:
 
I have, when actually believe that one need tons of protien, sucessfully eaten over 600 grams of protien a day without any shakes. Its not that hard.

Nah i like the taste of protein powder too much to give it up. Besides dairy is good for lipolysis so thats another reason why i choose it over steak.
 
I've had unflavored - horrendous, strawberry - acceptable and chocolate - acceptable. My alltime fav is Pro M3 strawberry mixed in water.
