string bean, an yes I realize that I'm stepping on alot of toes and violation all kinds of religous norms within the bodybuilding community by saying that.
However, as someone who actually studies nutrition, I know its all slick advertising that sells protien powders, not science. Since I am in no way tied to the supplimetn industry nor do I rely on in for any portion of my income, I simply do not feel the need to lie, and say you will benefit from a post workout whey shake just to make people feel warm and fuzzy.
