I feel bad taking a guy away from another woman, but then again, all is fair in love and war, BUT i also refuse to be the OTHER woman.. i am not one to share...

well you have two options.

1. you already ruled out - this would be being "the other woman" and involve the other involved party having to cheat on his significant other.

2. this would be the "friend approach" - this would be an option to me if i was in the position. i would never cheat on my girl... ever. that's just too fucked up a thing to do someone and i would never want to hurt her like that. especially just to be with someone i don't really know, break up with my girlfriend, then end up finding out how shitty of a person the girl i cheated on her with is.

back to #2. - but being a friend with someone is totally different. that's gives the dude a chance to feel that person out and actually establish a friendship with that person before he jumps the gun (or the girl) and cheats. this way, he's friends with that person (maybe secretly hiding his crush, maybe not) and then he can make a rational decision on who REALLY makes him happier and who he REALLY wants to be with.
