yes you can for a shit load of money......
i would wait till you have the desired number of kids before getting fixed....and also take precaution after getting fixed because it is not 100 percent effective of preventing pregnancy.as taught in school the only true way is to not have sex at all...when woman get tied,cut,and burned they have the chance of a tubal pregnancy which is painful and can lead to more complications...with men the sperm is so small that it often slips through and can get a gal pregnant.....getting "fixed" also does not prevent std's or aids....

Because unless you have a needle dick, they are way way too tight, I'm talking cut off the circulation and make you dick go numb tight. Plus the polyurethane condoms tend to break too easy.
