Yeah at first you get up really early and try being productive. Then as more time goes by and you finally realize no ones behind you cracking the whip you go thru spells of laziness. Eventually you find yourself rolling out of bed late and wondering around the yard at 8am with a cup of coffee and watering the wifes flowers. Then you realize you aren't getting anything done and need to motivate yourself. Work, retirement, it doesn't matter it all sucks.

I'd get up when I woke up. Shower. Then go to the mall and hang out with the old men who meet there daily. I'd laugh and listen to stories with them while I checked out every hot high schooler who walked by.
