well you should have your makros/ cals in line with your goals worked out - work back from that
Ie - if u wanna bulker with 5000 cals 40%protein/ 35% carbs/ 25%fat this means you will be consuming approx 125g fat in total (as generally 1g fat = 9 cals).
Obviously u dont want all your fat from one EFA source and you need omegas found in fish/flax etc, plus some saturated fats (the amount depends on how clean you are being).
Personally If I was on the above diet I would hit about 75g fat from NPB.
