Is eating a all natural peanut butter sandwhich enough for EFA's in day?
awnyerneas said:Ok, didn't think so. Havnt done any research on any of that yet. Was just hoping it did because I have 12 dollars for another week and can't buy anything. Anything else besides flaz oil and the fish oil that help with these?

!

2) o-9's=monounsaturated acids - extra virgin olive oil, almonds, etc = just as necessary other fatty acids for proper metabolic functioning; fish oil+extra virgin olive oil=must! get o-6's from the rest of the foods you consume!

As have been said, it's mostly Omega-6 EFA's.
You need the more important Omega-3's.
Either eat fatty fish or buy a fish oil supplement(deodorized)
