I've seen it happen a few times and it's been mentionned but I'm going to say it again.

Ladies do not read the logs and follow what a person is doing without knowing why they were doing something!

There is nothing wrong with asking questions.

If you see something that someone is doing and you want to try it, ask them why they are doing it first. PLEASE!!!

I agree!

a hand full of us are pre-comp.. far from what alot of the beginners need to be doing diet wise.

I haven't posted my diet for that reason.. I've been playing with it here and there and its far from perfect and far from something I'd want anyone to try.

This is also the same reason why I stopped posting in my log.

Did I miss something? What happened?

I agree with you. :rose:
Just a friendly reminder to always ask questions when looking at another person's workout ...You know the thinking ... "If I follow that, then I'll get the same results..." etc...

I've done it before... and I know I'm not the only one :D

SO...don't be afraid to always ask questions, because generally the workouts you see here are all done for different reasons :) with different goals in mind...

and remember, you can always PM questions if you are afraid to 'put em out there...I'll be happy to help in any way I can

 :rose:

this baby needs to be bumped!! ;)

How about I just sticky it?? ;)

Note: The same plan won't necessarily give similar results in everyone.

You said it gorgeous.

Also, some of us have been doing this for 10+ years. It takes YEARS of trial and error to find what works. There is nothing wrong with TRYING new things, but you need to understand what you are doing. Find out the rationale, the reasons, the technque - BEFORE you try.

You never know ..... someone's goal might be the total opposite of yours. Just because someone has a kick ass body, doesn't mean what they do or eat is a good idea for you to do.

Yes, these diets and training routines are a good place to START, and build your PERSONAL workout/diet ..... but you need to find what works for YOU. :)

I agree!!!.. The only reason why I posted my log was so others could offer their comments or suggestions.. certainly not so anyone would follow it!!! Remember everyone has a different body type!!! many things are taken into consideration when calculating meals such as height, weight, personal goal, body type, bf.. so many factors and everyone is different!!!

Look at MISS 24K for example, dont think that eating tons of horse meat :chomp: is going to help an overweight person lose tons of bodyfat!! They have to excercise and eat corrrectly and most importantly be consistent!!! ;) Besides she is eating horse meat for a different reason!! Right MISS 24K?? ;) Hey isnt your competition tomorrow???

Okay...I better stop typing b/c I think I have gone on a rampage and am writing a lot of jiberish!!!.. Only one more day till calorie increase & carb load.. :p THANK YOU GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Being that it is Friday and my evil little mind is rather idle today.. its sort of tempting to create a log where all that happens is orange roughy & asparagus is eaten for every meal and nothing but cardio is done with abs every day....

Just to see who is paying attention...

** just to explain -- weeks of orange roughy will CLEAN YOU OUT... Do not live outside of more than 10 steps from a restroom at any time.

Ok, I'm not a fish eater. I just tried tilapia for the first time a few days ago. It was ok, but I just couldn't get over the fact that I was eating "fish", it just grosses me out for some reason.

What does orange roughy taste like? Is it commonly used in comp dieting? I've heard of a lot of people eating tilapia, but not orange roughy.
