Hey anyone that posts about me being banned from musclemag, lets call that stuff quits. I'm actually glad I got banned from that site for whatever reason they want to claim. This site is so much better and i'm glad to be a member here. I mean damn, there are 10 times the members of musclemag here so its no big loss.

Let Thorazine keep posting his rants over here, hes one of their top Mods over their. A 18 year old know it all. Well i've worked out 23 years, won 11 shows, competed over 30 times , personal train in person, personal train on line, am ACE certified.

Musclemag does not want anyone knowledgeable and thats fine with me.

My big sin was i spewed in anger after the World trade centers were knocked down, I spewed in anger to toss all arabs out of the country. Was I sincere? Well of course not , it was a rant. They claim i'm the Hitler of the world over there, yeah whatever.
Bottom line is a lot of the mods over their don't have much knowledge about bodybuilding like Chris is da boy and a few others. I got pm'ed right and left for advice, I got posted right and left for advice. It irked some and they ridded me of the site.


Well ok its over, glad to be gone. This site ROCKS and i'm PROUD to be over here to share and learn.

Now all of you Tim Muppets that want to slam me over here, go ahead , I could care less. In the end this is really all about bodybuilding and i'll stack my knowledge up against any of you over at MM any day of the week. Now when you slam me post your pic. Hey post your Thorazine.

I'm sorry you feel that way about all MODS over at mm.com. It makes me sad that there is so much fighting and hatred. I thought that stuff was left for The Taliban.

I shrug 405 for 8 rep sets.

Yep arms took a beating last 2 years, 2 years ago i blew the tricep tendon completely off my left elbow so still working the arms back up. was in cast for 3 months with that injury. the big muscles came back faster.

i'm working on it bro!

And arms tape at 18.5, not real dang bad for a 43 year old.

Dino, I still think you are a doll. I should not blast all mods. The only ones I actually have a problem with is VENUS, CHRIS, MAC-10, JOHNNY123, THORAZINE. Those I know stabbed me in the back. And Venus slandered me viciously, I wish her nothing but unhappiness, what a witch.

Robin is doing ok with the chemo and alexis is a straight A 1st grader, doing great. Thanks Dino. You were always very nice to me.

Regardless of the reason's Game was banned, I still respect him. I just don't want anyone causing trouble where I have to get involved. I tried to stay neutral throught out this whole mess. The only bottom line I can give is that a MOD does not ask that someone be banned without just cause. It doesn't mean everyone's opinion is the same. Terry, I know you have problems with Venus, but everyone has bad days and says the wrong things at the wrong time. I just hope you can look into your heart for alittle forgiveness.

Also mm is not the only board you have been banned from. I know 2 other boards that have banned you because they thought you were nuts!!! Just wanted you to start getting your facts straight, personally I don't think you molested Alexis cause I think it is all a big STORY!!!!!!
