Balance out working 40+ Hours a week along with working out along with cycles!??

I need some heavy advice/ tips here plz. How to u guys for it!?

I recently got hired as a sales associate for a big time mall. I walk around 8+ hours all day in a suit trying to make sales while putting on a smile. I don't complain because I've been tring to get a job for the longest and it's not as bad as it sounds, but as u can imagine ppl still run from me, but don't worry I chase them down and eventually catch them lol. But seriously guys after being unemployed for nearly a year and recovering from a recent back injury, and finishing a semester of college, u can imagine 40+ is not quite what I was cut out for. However I am 22 years young.

And my main question for all you hard working studs/ Fox's out there is- HOW DO U DO IT?- balance work/work-outs/cycles/family/school(if attending). I mean I know when it comes back to sckool in Jan. I will have to decide between that and work, but my main concern right now was balancing work/cycles. I was planning on running a cycle very soon, but with work inthe way now I'm just not sure how I'm gonna work it all out?? Btw in order for me to w/o I need to go to the gym so as u can imagine it's not so easy to just w/o at home. And also another difficulty to this is I have a 3month old at home! So imagine throwing that in the mix WOW! My basic need here is TIME. Oh not to mention I don't have a steady schedule therefore I am basically on call for at least the next few weeks.

But can somebody who can relate plz give advice. Do u have a similar life style? Can u balance a schedule like this?

It's a friggin hour a day. Everyone has that. I used to work 70 hrs a week and still made it 5x a week to the gym. A while back I was working 50 hrs/wk and had a famil and still made it to the gym. It's all about priorities I guess. Sounds like the gym isn't one of yours.

you shouldn't be doing a cycle if you are only 22. you also shouldn't be doing one if it is such a struggle to make free time for working out.

I Gues. The gym would be last on my priorty list compared to a roof over my head and my 3month old daughter. But it's just hard now cause of work I guess, however I'll have to adjust. As for the cycle- Yes I put that on hold gor now.

But anyways thanx bino for ur advice. That's my best option.

everyone here that works out also has to work.
it can be done, and has to be done for 99.9% of us

I understand that, I guess cause it's just sumthing new to me but my main question was what can I do when skool comes back around? But I have some time to think and the decision is only mine in the end anyways.

i work four tens plus an hour drive one way
and i still make it to the gym in the AM.
makes for a long day but it's what has to be done

You are young. Once it hits you that you must work at least 40 hrs. for a living you will get used to it. I used to put in 12 hrs a week at the gym while working 50 hr workweeks.

Shit, at 22 you should be working full time, training 5 days a week, pro poon handling on the weekends and getting tanked, and all the while making great gains in the gym. Its all in a week of a typical 22 year old.
