Alien vs Predator Question??

Im a little confused here, the aliens pop out of the people chest as these little tiny aliens, then 5 mins later there are full sized aliens running around, where the hell did the big ones come from, the queen was the only alien kept there so thats means those little fuckers that pop out of the peoples chest grow in a matter of minutes into a full sized adult..wtf??

Super growth hormone????? Who knows, maybe the queen was genetically engineered by the aliens to produce super fast growing offspring. Regardless, it's an action movie so you have to accept certain implausibilities. BTW, I watched the original Predator on FX last night and they really didn't do them justice in the movie.
