Take 2 tabs, 200 mgs/day, starting on Monday prior to the show. DO NOT TAKE ANY POTASSIUM! YOU CAN DIE! Take it everyday through the show. You can even keep taking it for a few days after to help with water retention.

Also be careful about eating foods with a high potassium count like bananas.
