aldactone help?

can some one with experience using aldactone pre contest tell me how they used it leading up to a show.

bump, i got alot and need to understand...

50mg a day from the monday prior bump up to 100 mg a day on thursday or friday one saturday morning very important to keep pounding the water while useing it
if not at desired dryness take an aldacdizide on saturday morning (wouldn;t recommend this unless you knwo alot about water loading and how your body responds)
