Was wondeirng if someone could tell me where I might find the nutritional value of some alcohol drinks. Im needing to know stuff for Bacardi Limon or Bacardi O.

None of the drinks im looking for are mixed as that would kick me out of keto, so im looking for the liquor ones that they make that have a slight taste like Absolut Vannila and stuff?>?

Go to the atkins site, you can find his site on google. Basically the way it boils down is that all the spirits have about 0 impact carbs. So your choices fit the bill. If you must mix the rum the add diet coke, i used this approach in the past when doing keto and it worked with no negative sides.

Nutritional value in alcohol? It all turns to sugar and are carbs. Stick with low carb beer.
