Its simple the less you drink th emore you will grow... Everything in moderation.. Drink after a workout and get fucked upo...and forget about any gains..actually be prepared to loose muscle..if you plan to drink try to do it in moderation 1 a week or so...and DO NOT TRAIN ON THAT DAY OR AFTER!!! Alcohol sucks you dry of watter...if you hav eno watter in your body and are hung over you are 1000% catabolic and a lean mean muscle burning machine......
