i just tell people i am sorry i cant drink while training. it will ruin my diet. alcohol has a lot of empty calories. and liquor has a lot of sugar. might as well eat a shit load of candy. my grandfather drank martini's everyday all through the day. he found out he is diabetic and now has to stop it all together. but he did because his health is worth more than a few martinis. very high in sugar and even though he drank them for years and years, he never knew they were loaded with sugar. drinking is not only bad for your liver and such, it will mess up your diet as well which is a key factor to using juice. why cant people just understand that. your more of a man if you can say no then to give in everytime when out partying. when people see how dedicated you are to lifting they wont bother you if you tell them it will hurt your training.
