Alb is a decent cutting agent. Not as powerful as clen in my opinion, but nowhere near the same amount of side effects. I experienced some lethargy when doing cardio, but it's manageable. I WAS on a caloric deficit diet at the time, but the lack of energy definitely became more noticeable when on Alb.
Personally, I taper it, just like Clen.
You can definitely take a considerably higher dosage than 4mg x4/day. Last time I ran it for 4 weeks also, tapering on and off. Started at 4mg x3/day and peaked at 8mg x3/day.
Remember, the half-life is super short (1-2 hours), so you want to be dosing evenly at least 3 times a day.
I doubt I will hit Alb/Clen again - I don't like the sides of either, even if they're minimal. There are much better cutting products out there.
